Catholic Women of Zion - Chapter 3 Retreat Day
A Ministry to Catholic Women Young and Older Alike
at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church/Parish Center

WE CORDIALLY INVITE YOU TO A CWOZ RETREAT DAY FOR WOMEN.
The day consists of Mass, music, guest speaker, sharing, networking and prayers for healing.

Gayle Scirocco

Our Guest Speaker Gayle Scirocco invites us to join her as she shares

A CONTINUING JOURNEY OF
FAITH AND HEALING

“The Lord is good; a stronghold in the day of troubles, and He knows those who trust in Him.        Nahum 1:7

Gayle is a wife, mother of four and grandmother to nine.  She has been involved in music ministry since the age of 14 and is a former parishioner of St. Andrew’s Church in Westwood. Gayle and her friend Terry provide the music for the CWOZ retreats.  She is currently a parishioner of St. Pius X in Old Tappan.  There she is a member of the Lazarus ministry, music ministry and founder of the Children’s Liturgy program. After raising her children, Gayle followed a life-long love of teaching to receive her certification in 2008 and was a teacher at St. John’s Academy in Hillsdale until 2020.

At 65, Gayle still feels she is in the infancy stages of her spiritual journey.  Three years ago, her husband was diagnosed with a devastating illness.  Because of this, she is learning to find the miracles in her life that would probably go unnoticed if it wasn’t for the awareness God has given her through this difficult time.  She is blessed to have a wonderful support structure around her and is constantly learning to look and listen to the Holy Spirit and rely on Him to guide her in letting go of the worries and material things and trusting God to take her and her family where they need to go.

She and her husband John currently live in Old Tappan and enjoy spending their summers at the Jersey shore with their children and grandchildren.
